Visitо apartments and guest rooms are obliged to ensure the use of the services requested and paid by the customer in their full amount according to the client’s data provided in the reservation form: name of the client, period, number of nights, number of adults accommodated , price per night.
Children Policy:
• Children under 2.99 years of age will be charged as BABY in the booking and will stay FREE of CHARGE.
• A guest, at the age of 3 years old at the time of arrival, is stated to be ADULT.
For direct bookings, use our on-line reservation form on our website. You can immediately make a request for the reservation you need, according to the parameters you have set. Upon confirmation from us, you can pay via our virtual POS terminal. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of a successful and guaranteed booking.
ANULATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
1. Changes or cancellations can be made without penalty up to 7 days prior to the date of check-in;
2. In case of a change or cancellation of the reservation from 1 to 7 days, including the date before arrival and in case of no guest’s appearance, the entire value of the paid reservation will be deducted as a penalty;
3. In case of an earlier departure, the value of the unused part of the reservation will not be refunded.
The refund of canceled reservations will be made in the manner in which the payment was received. Refunds are made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
PRICES, PAYMENT, GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
The prices on our website are in Bulgarian leva (BGN), including 9% VAT, city tourist tax. The total amount payable by the client for the reservation is calculated according to the number of days, the number of accommodated and the actual price offer for the respective period.
The reservation is GUARANTEED only after 100% advance payment is done. You can pay your reservation in advance via our POS terminal, bank transfer or credit / debit card. Please note that without prepayment, guests will not be accommodated.
Visito apartments and guest rooms reserve the right to change the prices and special offers on our website depending on the demand and available rooms. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount will not be changed regardless of the current price for the same room.

INVOICING
If you need an invoice for a legal entity, please send us your company data / name, address, ID, legal representative / as soon as you receive a confirmation of your booking. The invoice will be issued on the day of your check-in.
