Sunrise apartment is located on the 5th floor, in a comfortable space of 47 m2, where in a big room are located:

• Fully equipped kitchen (stove, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery);
• Dining area with a table and 4 chairs;
• Living room with sofa bed that allows comfortable accommodation for 2 more people (sleeping area 200/140 cm);
• From the room you go out onto the terrace having view to the backyard of the building and the city.

The bedroom in the apartment is a separate, large room with a bed (200/160 cm), wardrobe, and a comfortable terrace overlooking a quiet street.

The apartment has a private bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

Each apartment has free Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room with satellite programs. The heating and cooling is through a central air-conditioning system, and each room has a separate air conditioner allowing for individual adjustment. Solar collectors are used to heat hot water.
